Two Page Handout from Oct 17 Presentation (PDF)
Please note that this software is under development. You will sometimes see debugging output or information that does not make sense.
In particular, the items that use the search function are working off a list of approximately 700 diagnoses gleaned from the web. This list is good for demonstrating the 'fuzzy' aspects of searching, but it is incomplete and has lots of erroneous items.
Questions and comments are welcome.
Thanks, RR
A note about the user interface...
This program uses a simple paradigm of tabs, outlines, headings, and slips. The tabs near the top should be obvious. Once a tab is selected, the corresponding outline is displayed...

Click on any outline heading to open its input slip...
Make a selection and click on any heading or tab to close the slip...
The selected information will appear at the appropriate point in the outline. Data are sent to the server with each change. There is no "Submit" button. The same rules apply when you type in a query...
Clicking on any heading will send the query, but you are likely to find it more convenient and natural to just press Enter or Return.
Finally, certain elements may be "grayed out" to indicate that they are already selected elsewhere...
New in version 0.6, tab stops...
